Fastighetsmarknaden på Costa del Sol och i Marbella är hetare än någonsin. Det är ingen tvekan om att nu är en bra tid att sälja din egendom. Ändå finns det fastigheter som legat till salu under en längre tid och får folk att undra – är fastighetsmarknaden i Marbella lika bra som alla säger?

Ja, den är så bra som alla säger, faktiskt ännu bättre. Fastighetspriserna stiger, efterfrågan är mycket hög och de flesta köparna behöver inte inteckning och har en budget på över 250.000 euro. Så varför är ditt hus fortfarande inte sålt? Nedan ger vi några exempel och rekommendationer om hur man säljer:

1. Människor är redo att spendera sina pengar på att köpa en vacker lägenhet eller villa på Costa del Sol, men ingen är redo att köpa en dyr fastighet. Hur löser du det?
